This non-alcoholic Sauvignon Blanc has delicate aromas of fresh lime, redcurrant and lemon shortbread. Delicious citrus flavors with distinct blackcurrant and passionfruit notes are followed by a crisp, dry finish.

Here's How It's Made!
We want our non-alcoholic options to give you everything you’d expect from a premium New Zealand wine. So we go through the entire winemaking process, before we gently remove the alcohol.
We create premium full-strength New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc, before using advanced spinning cone technology to gently remove first the aroma, and then the alcohol. We collect the delicate aroma and recombine it with the wine to maintain its distinctive nose.
This advanced form of distillation allows us to handle the wine gently, maintaining the integrity of our distinctive flavour palate and texture throughout the process.
Step One
We make a delicious, full-strength New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc with the distinctive flavours and aromas loved world-wide.
Step Two
We use innovative spinning cone technology to gently distill the wine into layers:

Step Three
We carefully collect that delicate Sauvignon Blanc aroma and add it back into the body of the wine (minus the alcohol!)
Step Four
We add just a touch of premium grape juice to round out the final blend. There you have it! Delish.
